Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, please contact us at healingbysargam@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. We will do our best to offer you an alternative slot.
Refunds
Because our readings and healing sessions involve personal time and preparation, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a session could not be delivered due to an error on our part, a full refund will be issued. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not show up for a scheduled session, the amount paid is non-refundable.
Numerology Reports
Once a numerology report has been prepared and delivered, it is non-refundable, as the work has already been completed specifically for you.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
