Reiki is a Japanese healing technique based on the principle that a practitioner can channel universal life energy through touch or intention, activating the body’s natural ability to heal. Dr. A K Gupta, a Reiki Grandmaster and M.D., has been practising and teaching Reiki for over two decades.

Who is Reiki water healing suitable for?

Reiki water is suitable for anyone: adults, children and the elderly. It is commonly used for stress, anxiety, chronic pain, sleep difficulties, low energy, and general well-being. There are no known contraindications.

How do I receive the charged water?

After booking, Dr. Gupta charges the water with Reiki energy and dispatches it to your address across India. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 days depending on location. Detailed instructions on how to consume it are included.

How is the personal session conducted?

Sessions take place on phone or WhatsApp video call at the time slot you choose during booking. The session lasts 30 minutes. No preparation is needed. Simply find a quiet space where you can sit or lie comfortably.

Is Reiki a religious practice?

No. Reiki is not affiliated with any religion or belief system. It is an energy healing practice that works regardless of what you believe. Dr. Gupta’s approach is practical and grounded.

Can Reiki be combined with medical treatment?
